At Big Creek Group, we recognize the grand role Seafarers play in driving the trade of our Belizean goods to the world. To show our deep appreciation, we hosted a special dinner for our incredible Seafarers – a truly memorable evening where they shared laughs and enjoyed each other’s company beyond the workplace.
This year’s theme, “Carrying world trade. Carrying the risks,” captures the true essence of our Seafarers. Much like the individual vertebrae that form a strong spine, each Seafarer serves as a vital pillar holding up the immense weight of global trade. As they carry this heavy load across oceans, they navigate deep waters and face incredible risks, showing inspiring courage every step of the way. To honor their bravery and steadfast dedication, the Port of Big Creek’s management team presented each Seafarer with a Certificate of Appreciation.
It was a splendid evening dedicated entirely to these remarkable individuals. They lead with great discipline, braving every risk along their journey with hopeful, courageous hearts.
