BEL-AGRO Agriculture, a division of Big Creek Group, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Supervisor Level 1 to oversee the day-to-day operations of our agrochemical and fertilizer distribution network. The ideal candidate will supervise warehouse activities, manage warehouse employees, coordinate logistics and ensure the overall efficient operations at our Big Creek distribution centers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including warehouse inventory storage and controls, product handling, distribution logistics, warehouse personnel and stevedores.
• Supervise and ensure the proper loading and unloading of fertilizers from barges and during deliveries.
• Approve stevedores’ timesheets and coordinate workforce scheduling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate regular stock reports.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and management teams to enhance workflow and streamline operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Logistics, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics.
• Proficiency in inventory management, stock reconciliation, and generating accurate reports.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate labor and manage work schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• Valid Pesticide License (an advantage but not required).
• Certified Forklift Operator (optional but preferred).
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.
• Physically capable of performing warehouse duties, including working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours.
