The Big Creek Group is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, goal-oriented, and committed individual to join its team.


  • Coordinate and execute importation, transportation and delivery logistics
  • Oversee warehousing and retail outlets
  • Assist with the preparation of departmental budgets
  • Organize, execute and participate in events
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers
  • Approve departmental payrolls
  • Coordinate with Human Resources Department all department employee related matters
  • Perform departmental employee evaluations
  • Train and supervise department employees
  • Generate monthly sales and performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures
  • Report to the Department Manager


  • Capable of making administrative decisions and using discretion.
  • Able to self-manage: Plan, organize, prioritize.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Accounting or Business Management preferred) or job-related certification from an accredited institution with minimum 5 years’ experience in the relevant field or supervisory capacity
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Previous experience with accounting software
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual is a plus
